Description of Frenchman Bay Conservancy

Besides Rocks And Crashing Surf, Pine Trees Are Characteristic Of Maine. They Interest Me Because They Both Remain Steadily Verdant, Alive And Green Even In The Dead Of Winter And They Have The Enviable Capacity To Twist, Turn And Bend Under Adverse Conditions Without Breaking. Or If They Do Break They Seem To Be Able To Keep Calm And Carry On Living, Growing And Thriving In Their Austere And Challenging Environment. They Also Have Pungently Refreshing Fragrant Needles And Sap Which Seems To Indicate A Beautiful Spirit Within Them. Pine Trees Seem To Be Every Both As Strong As The Rock And Crashing Surf That Often Surrounds Them. If I Could Be A Tree I Hope I Would Make A Good Pine Tree. Acrylic On Board, Sealed, Varnished, Signed lower right.
