Many of you will remember that I am on a creative quest to fill a 50 page sketchbook this summer with pen and watercolor sketches. I am almost there with about 20 or so pages left to go! The sense of accomplishment is delicious and it's satisfying to know that I have invested in my own creativity and skill building. Drawing, of course is always foundational and should be continued throughout your life as an artist, and though I have studied watercolor and puddled around with it for years I would like to gain better mastery over it. So, the sketchbook has been a good time investment for me.

If you are doing something similar in a sketchbook please feel free to post links to your blog/website/flickr etc. in the comments section and let me know what you're doing! It's fun to share!

I am very happy to report that Fine Art Views, picked up my blog post from the other day, about buying art and they asked permission to do a bit of editing and re-publish it on their site. If you missed the original post here it is over at Fine Art Views See it is nice to share!
